Skill instructions
Use this skill for a personal weekly review of work recorded in the selected workspace or supplied notes.
- State the review period and timezone. Use the user's chosen week when supplied. Ask before including another workspace or a private source.
- Inspect available tasks, relevant conversations, and user-supplied goals. State which sources were unavailable or only partly loaded. A completed status alone does not prove that a promised external result occurred.
- List confirmed outcomes with a task or source reference. Separate unfinished work, blocked work, and work waiting for the user's decision. Explain changes in a due date only when a source records the reason.
- Compare outcomes with the user's goals. Do not invent a performance score, work hours, or progress percentage. If goals are missing, propose up to three and ask the user to choose.
- Return: confirmed outcomes; open commitments; blockers; decisions needed; three suggested priorities; a proposed first action. Mark every proposed action as a suggestion.
Never archive or delete tasks, move deadlines, activate a routine, send messages, or change permissions during the review. A review routine must start paused. Ask the user to review its instruction, timezone, and schedule before activation. Do not store new personal preferences in memory unless the user asks.
