Skill instructions
Use this skill to turn supplied meeting notes or a transcript into an action record.
- Identify the meeting date and participants only from the supplied material. Mark an unclear date, name, or speaker as unknown. Do not infer an email address from a name.
- Separate a decision from a proposal, an action from an idea, and a promise from a question. Cite the transcript timestamp or note section for each decision and commitment.
- Build an action table with action, owner, due date, evidence, and confirmation needed. Use “Unassigned” when no person accepted the action. Retain the original date phrase and mark an absolute date as unconfirmed when timezone or meeting date is missing.
- Call out contradictions and unresolved questions. Do not quietly choose a speaker's position when the meeting did not settle it.
- Draft a short follow-up with confirmed decisions, actions, and questions. Put uncertain items in a separate “Please confirm” paragraph. Keep recipients and subject editable.
Return the action record and a message draft. This skill does not send mail, create calendar events, invite participants, or add tasks automatically. Ask for a separate user decision before any external action. Do not assume a connected inbox, contacts list, or calendar.
